Founded at the end of 2023, Nuageup was born from the collaboration between Amine Ben Asker, an expert in application migration and cloud automation with 10 years of experience, and Stefano Campagna, who brings 35 years of expertise in datacenter migrations for trading floors and major French banks. Working together since 2016 on application migration projects and transition management, Amine and Stefano launched Nuageup to offer unmatched expertise in application migration and containerization. Their goal is to build a close-knit team with accumulated experience to ensure performance, resilience, and operational excellence.

Our business model is based on service provision and fixed-fee projects. We also offer continuous support and IT assistance through subscription, ensuring constant presence and support for our clients.

At Nuageup, our teams are organized around specific objectives. We currently have two main teams: one dedicated to audits and strategic consulting and the other focused on application migration and project management. Each team includes a senior architect, a junior architect, and operations engineers of various levels. Collaboration is at the core of our structure, and each engineer mentors two juniors to help them build their skills. 

Comex Structure: At Nuageup, leadership is a shared responsibility. Amine and Stefano practice “build in public” and involve the whole team in strategic decisions, fostering a collaborative leadership mindset and inspiring consultants to think like future leaders.
