As a Junior Talent Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and managing the candidate pipeline for various roles within Nuageup. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, identify top candidates, and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
⚪️ Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
⚪️ Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
⚪️ Review resumes and applications, conducting initial screenings to assess qualifications.
⚪️ Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
⚪️ Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
⚪️ Support in employer branding initiatives to enhance Nuageup’s presence as an employer of choice.
⚪️ Assist with onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Qualifications
⚪️ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
⚪️ 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support.
⚪️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
⚪️ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
⚪️ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
⚪️ Familiarity with ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
⚪️ Enthusiasm for learning and growing in talent acquisition.
